Our cruiser, "Chuckles" runs on hybrid solar/electric power with an environmentally friendly electric engine, no exhaust fumes and no noise. You will enjoy a silent ride in the comfort of our vintage electric cruiser. You won't only marvel at the sights, but you will hear the sounds of nature, including the cry of the loons, in this most beautiful section of the Rideau. |

Group Charter Tours: Corporate Getaway or Family/Friends Getaway - NEW for 2011
Rent Chuckles and her Captain on a per hour basis for up to 12 passengers (the boat is exclusive to you and your guests). Take the regular tour from Chaffeys to Jones falls and back or wherever.
- Cost is $ 139.50, tax included, per hour
- 4 hours minimum
- Main Season (June 17 to Sept. 5): Available 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, any day of the week or weekend
- Shoulder Seasons (May 20 to June 16 and Sept. 6 to Oct. 10): Available 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, any day of the week or weekend
- From 1 to 12 passengers (you and your guests)
- Lunch can be arranged at one of three local hotels on the canal (your choice)
- The charter price includes the boat, captain, and light refreshments during the tour

Our group charter is a fun and unique way to celebrate a special occasion. Whether it's an anniversary, a birthday, or whatever - charter Chuckles for a memorable get-together with friends and family. Bring along a picnic lunch or we can arrange for lunch at a local hotel. |

Main Season Tours: Each tour last for 4 hours (round trip). We start at Chaffey's Lock and proceed through Opinicon Lake, Davis Lock and Sand Lake before stopping for a 45-minute break at the Jones Falls Lockstation. At Jones Falls you'll disembark and may visit the museum, the blacksmith's forge, and the unique, 60-foot high stone dam, completed in 1831. Upon reboarding refreshments are served and "Chuckles" returns to Chaffey's Lock. We offer some packages with lunch or dinner - these are very popular. Please

Shoulder Season - Lock Tour: This 5 hour tour is the same as the main season tour with an extra hour allowed for lunch at Jones Falls. Take advantage of the cruise and lunch option (lunch at the Hotel Kenney). Lunch is also available at the snack bar at Jones Falls or bring your own picnic lunch (picnic tables are available at the lock).
Shoulder Season - Fettercairn & Scott Island Tour: - a 2 hour tour of Indian, Clear and Newboro lakes. Learn the fascinating history of Fettercairn Island and tour around the secret passage of Scott Island. The Cruise and Dinner package features dinner at the Opinicon Hotel or the Hotel Kenney.
