Intercessory Prayer Group on Thursday at 3:15pm at St. Anthony’s Church. Parishioners from all three parishes are invited to attend.
“Private prayer is like straw scattered here and there. If you set it on fire, it makes a lot of little flames. But gather these straws into a bundle and light them, and you get a mighty fire, rising like a column into the sky: public prayer is like that.” - St. John Vianney. (Curé of Ars )
Prayer Chests have been placed in all three parishes on the tables near the entrance. You are invited to place your requests in the chests and during our intercessory prayer group on Thursday afternoon at 3:15 at St. Anthony’s and we will raise these prayers up to Jesus They will not be read publicly so you don't have to worry about that but if you do have something or someone to pray for in the prayer group you can speak to Susan Gustavel, Sue Boutilier or Yvonne Way or come yourself. Everyone is welcome and there is no commitment. If you would like to participate but are unable due to health or work, we could give you a prayer folder and you could pray with us in spirit
